Fizz is a movement that seeks to spread revolutionary ideas to music as a whole. Pan-fizziosis is the idea that every field/discipline either has, or will eventually face a cultural disruptor similar to the fizz movement in which a set of innovative, high-level ideas make it clear that there's a better way, creating a paradigm shift, or a revolutionary subculture at the very least.
