TBM (born on the 7th of October 2011), also known as “𝑓izzy 89-limit comma” in the Fizz Inc. discord server, and “65535/64881” in practically any other server, is a swiss-chinese pianist/keyboardist, trackmania player, and composer/musician.

Projects

I am currently working on 2 projects: the fizz transcription series, and the fizz Black MIDI series.

In the fizz transcription series, I transcribe tracks from the album “Fizz vol. 1”, voted each time by you guys, the community. The series currently has 1 episode, and another one is planned to release this summer/fall.

In the fizz Black MIDI series, NaomAB and I remix certain tracks from “Fizz vol. 1” into a Black MIDI; a genre that consists of making MIDI files contains thousands, millions, or billions of notes.

TrackMania career

It all started with TrackMania Nations Forever. The game was completely free to play, and had pretty much everything. Map making, online servers, local multiplayer, et cetera… it is so much fun. Then I looked towards Trackmania 2020. It was more modern, had weekly maps (that were free) and free map making, but that was it. Everything else was behind a 20$/yr subscription. Luckily, there was a single week where everything in TM2020 was free to celebrate the 2nd edition of Red Bull Faster, and I got just what I needed that week — a fully lime green car skin!! Now I make kacky maps for Kacky Reloaded, and compete against vubobinali in the amount of medals in TMNF. I am winning right now.

What do my names stand for?

TBM stands for “The Best Musician”. I have no idea why I named myself that, but that is my name now. And 65536/64881 is the 89-limit comma that I hand calculated when I was making custom microtonal HEJI symbols for harmonics above 53 : $\frac{65536}{64881}=\frac{2^{16}}{3^6\cdot 89}$

Music

MUSIC!!!!!!!!!! I love making music. It is one of my favorite things to do. Unless I don’t have any ideas for the music. My music is highly inspired by Tigran Hamasyan and Fizz Inc. I use MuseScore 4.7.2 to make my music, and I will try out some free DAWs after my exams.
