Destroy Daw December (DDD) is a hypothetical event and fizz holy month/holiday in which a musician spends every waking moment available to them using and increasing knowledge of their DAW (digital audio workstation) during the month of December. While it has been talked about for years, no one has yet been confirmed to have completed DDD. It is worth noting that due to the rules of DDD, it functions as a natural continuation of No Nut November as well.
Rules of Destroy Daw December
-DDD begins at 12:00am December 1st and ends at anytime chosen on the 31st.
-all waking moments that are freely available must be spent inside the DAW or going between a DAW tutorial and your DAW.
-Take the minimal amount of time needed to fulfill bodily needs and financial obligations.
-exercise and/or meditation routines are allowed, but no more than what is needed to maintain current health and focus. Exeptions can be made if total focus ability improves significantly with some extra time allocated.
-Social media may be used to document progress or share WIPs for feedback, so long all time spent is used for this purpose only.
-Christmas Eve and Christmas Day where family is spending time together for December holidays is optional time off.
